As the Prime Contractor, ACC serves as the single point of accountability to the government for all end-to-end delivery compliance and operational coordination, regardless of the network partners utilized.

2. Scope of Services & Wholesale Supply

Our facilitated offerings encompass all registered federal NAICS and PSC codes—including miscellaneous manufacturing (Primary NAICS 339999 / PSC 9999), facilities support, commercial construction oversight, logistics, warehousing, and wholesale distribution. Service delivery is executed through vetted network partners under ACC's strict administrative oversight and quality control standards.
